looking for full-face helmet that will work with smog mask

I ride a 250 cc. Honda dirt bike in Thailand, where there’s a lot of traffic-caused air pollution. I wear a smog mask around my neck that I can pull up over my nose & mouth if I get stuck behind a vehicle that’s spewing exhaust. I have an open-face helmet with a visor I can flip up when I need to use the mask. I’d like to get a full-face helmet, since I’ve read they’re safer. However, I don’t see how I could use a smog mask with a full-face helmet. It seems like to chin section of the helmet would prevent me from being able to pull up the smog mask when I need to use it. I know I could put the smog mask on before I put the helmet on, but then I’d have to wear the smog mask all the time, which I don’t want to do. Does anyone ride with a full-face helmet and smog mask? Can it be done? Does anyone know of a full-face helmet that will accommodate a pull-up smog mask?
