Illinoise is getting a new license plate logo: Our Ex Governors Made This Plate. It was a good day when Bush left office without releasing poor ex governor Ryan! Now we wait and see if the DA can make a case against Blowhole? The last bozo they had through federal court, have him roll on Blowhole for a lighter sentence? Was Roscoe his name?
