loosing power when up in the revs cr125

was out on my 96 cr125 the other day & it just started to loose power wen was up in the revs,felt like power valve wasnt workin & bike was holdin back but rides fine low down.i did notice that when i got back the exh baffles were hangin out of the tail pipe!!!!!

So do you have a question? Seems like you found out where to start.

Also do a compression check on the motor.
