I have lowered a KAWASAKI for my oldest son by making longer suspension PULL RODS and it worked out great.
Now its time(his turn) to get my other son a new bike.
From all I can gather, the RM 85 has the most low end and the widest power band of all the 80's.For these reasons I believe that it would make the best 2 stroke woods bike for him???
Any comments or opinions so far????

Is the suspension linkage system on the SUZUKIs set up the same as the KAWs???I welcome all comments or suggestions for lowering a RM 85. THANK YOU

I had the same problem with my first 80 (wich also happened to be a Rm and thats a good choice for his first 80). Back to the subject though me and my dad just shaved the seat foam about an inch or half and inch down and i touched fine. If that doesn't work though, u'll notice that all pipes and silencers and other bike accescories have the same parts number when it comes to a rm/kx, And just the same as every other part for a kx/Rm Your idea works fine. Hope i helped.
