Mailbox Full?

I can't receive pm's due to full mailbox. However my mailbox is empty: no messages. Do I have something screwed up in the control panel? Please help

Check your sent messages folder as well.  They all count against the limit.  I always uncheck save a copy of outgoing messages to avoid this happening.

Also make sure you've got "show all messages" clicked, not just the last 2 days or so ;)

I checked both of these and deleted everything. There still should have been room. The quota graph never showed more than 20%. Thanks for the tips.
