Hey guys I need some help finding a nanual for my 96 200. I have had a book on backorder for almost a month from my dealer, and of course they have no idea when it will arrive. Does any body have a manual they no longer need? or a dealer near them that has one? I'll work with anyone that can lead me to a book. Thank You any help I get.
Do an internet search on it. Thats the way I ordered mine. Also have seen them on ebay. P.S. Makes for a good toilet tank book when not in active use.

This may or may not be of help but Kawasaki us site has the parts drawings c/w part numbers for KDX’s & most everything else. Not as good as a manual but at least you can see where everything goes. You could take the 3rd & 5th number from the part number & use that for the torque settings.
Definitly regester on e-bay and do a search. I have bought my past 2 service manuals from that site and have not had any problems. My only complaint would be the amount of time it takes to bid on the product and finally win the auction and have it shipped. The one I got for my Mojave was on back order from my dealer for 4 months! My wife found it on e-bay and I got it for half the cost, brand new in the wrapper and it took a total of 3 weeks.
I have struck out on e-bay, the only kdx manual was for a 89. I am still hoping
to catch one on any auction site. I REALLY want to ride my bike bad. All I really need is all the torque specs for the head, and the piston ring gap specs, I found all the specs for the power valves in another post. Well thanks for the advice, someday I will get the book.(maybe)
