We do have a grandfather clause on our property that designates it's use and beiing that we bought it and have been using it for this purpose since 1948 may make a difference. For people the people that build a track within 20 miles of anything to me is just poor business planning. Good luck to Mark, I think the best thing he could do is sell his land and relocate with enough foresight to carry him several years. [/QUOTE]
