It time to buy a new back tire. I want to go with the S12 but I don't remember what size in Michelin is 100/100/18. Anyone know? I would also like to hear about everyone's experience with these tires. Thanks in advance.

I run these on my bike - front and rear.

Excellent traction, good durability, works very well on sand and soft conditions.

Just bought a new set for spring.

JMHO.

120-80-18 is the size you want.

Some are made in France - some in Spain.

Fact is that the parent company is French.  You make your own decision there.

I've used the S-12 and M-12's on my KDX and have had great success with them.

FYI - Due to recent events i may be trying out some other tires.

Thanks for the responce. I never thought about them being French. I may have to reconsider and go with the Dunlop 756. I hear it's comperable.

re: S12 rear

I used the biggest they had...a 130 I believe.

Great traction (forward direction)!!

Lousy traction (reverse direction..braking)

Soil conditions: Everything from slip (decomposed granite) to nothing-but-rocks.
