Cessna - try posting your question over in the Michigan Trail riders forum here on DRN. You will get tons of responses I am sure!
While i live not to far from St. Helen, it has been many many years since I rode in that area. I have recently ridden just north of there (Geels). Typical Michigan trails...plenty of sandy terrian and (I am assuming) corresponding whoops. If the St. Helen system has had the good fortune of being groomed in recent history the whoops would not be such an issue.
