Mixing Ratio help?

wuts the mixing ration for a 1984 Suzuki RM 250? i just got it and dont know what to mix. thanks.

The manual probably says 20:1, but use 32:1. This is 4oz. of oil per gallon of gas. Use any quality name-brand oil. I like Maxima Super M.

I ride a 88 RM250, and the proper mix is 20:1. Get yourself a 5 gal container and add 1 quart of oil per 5 gal.

You will get a plethora of different answers on this one. I would go with Maxima SuperM at 32:1 and you'll be fine. You can run it at 20:1 but that can get a little expensive whereas 32:1 will offer plenty of protection and save you some bucks.
