Are any of you planning to ride the Moonshine Harescrambles April 27th & 28th?
Approx. 12 mile loop on private land (Elev. 4800-5300) with no spark arrestors or off-road permits required. Primitive camping available.
I went out and helped with the course prep yesterday and its going to be a good race. I don't think that it will be as wet as it has been in years past, unless we get lots of rain in the next two weeks.
You have until April 17th to get your pre-entries postmarked. If you are interested contact:

It's being held about 60 miles east of Bend, Oregon. Head east out of Bend on Hwy 20 to Brothers, and then turn left just before the rest area in Brothers and follow the signs.
It's listed on the OMRA events calander for cross country points.

Thanks OMRA doesn't have a flyer up on the web site yet, I will be at Starvation Ridge on the 21, and try and make it to the moonshine. Keith.

If you liked riding at East Fort Rock you will really like the Hatfield Ranch, no improved trails, just single track.
And it looks like its just going to be you and me.
Maybe I will see you there.

I cant make it to the race this weekend, but I will make it to Moonshine, I drive a black S10 my # is 22F, HD XR400 would you know of some good places to ride down by Medford? I have a freind in Cal, that wants to meet me half way for some riding, Keith.

I will look for you out there next weekend. My number I have a green & silver Ford F250 and my number is 67.
I do not know of any riding area's around Medford. What about the Starvation Ridge area? Here is a map of some of the area's in Oregon and it shows a few down there. http://www.oohva.org/index.html
Good luck on the riding in the Medford area.
