Hey guys, I just wanted to run my situation by you, I just bought a 98 YZ 250 2 days ago and today I went out to the trails to see what the bike could do, it ran VERY strong down low but it seemed that 1st and 2nd were virtually the same gear:eek: I thought most bikes were 3rd gear bikes, this one is 4th. On smaller straights I could get it up to 5th 1/2 throttle. iIt just seems it's geared really close, and I was wondering if you guys had some insight besides gearing, I'm running 14/50 right now and I don't think I need to change but you never know. If anyone else owns one of these bikes can you please tell me what setup you use,

p.s. if anyone also lives at the 3000ft level with one of these bikes...what is your jetting set at
