First thing first, :moon:
this guy doesn't know that much, and second SOMETIMES I get a kick out of his semi-rude responses, but I was just reading this in his column and all I have to say is :debil:
Q. I have a 1996 honda XR100. I want to beef up the suspension as the stock suspension is too sluggish for my wife who rides it (130 lbs.). What is the best wat to do this. Is there a beefier shock absorber or shock spring that I can add to get more active suspension and get rid of the sluggish, soft shock response I have now.
A. Adding beef to your rear suspension? I would recommend tenderloin, as it mimics the stock shock shape, and would bolt up nicely. However, noting your wife’s less than petite girth, I would keep any of the leftovers away from her pie hatch. An alternative would be to call Works Performance (818)-701-1010 as they manufacture a superior rear shock that would dramatically improve the rear end. Once the rear is correct, you’ll notice the forks are wretched as well, so call Scott’s Performance at 818-248-6747. Please go away.
Hmmm.........................130 pounds is too fat now? Sheesh wonder what he thinks just right is, 50 pounds?
and here is his response to obviously a small child's letter.
Q. I have a pw80 and oil is spraying out the back of my muffler to the point that my back tire has an oil slick on it.Can you help me
thaks
Dustin
A. It has been said, "Even a blind pig finds an acorn every once in awhile." I fear your cognitive and tactile abilities are below that of an impaired swine, I cannot help you but take solace in knowing your rear tire will never rust.
Once again HMMMMM, we are suppose to be a helpful community, Some kids might be crushed to hear this and just not like biking anymore.
I mean don't get me wrong I laugh at the odd one, but I would love for him to talk to a guy like Rich so he could tear Mr.K a new one.
What's the guy's prob?
ps, Last time I checked he has a nice sized girth him self :silly:
pps, It's nice idiots like this that get to represent a small portion of the dirtbike world.
Rock on:aj:
