I have just about got a 1985 basketcase KDX200 back to running condition. One of the last things I need is to get both muffler mounts attached. These are the 1-1/8" (28.5mm) diameter rubber plugs with a .340" (9mm) sleeve for the bolt in the middle. I may end up buying one from Kawasaki, but does anyone have ideas for something that I could make? I also need one exhaust pipe spring. Is there anywhere beside Kawasaki to get one that might be about the right size? I am hoping that I can get it to run before Christmas. It will be a nice pressent to me.
