Hi All,

Hope your are all good

I'm looking for a bit of advise i have just taken the top end off of my bike and there is no exhaust valve set up ( power valve) i have tried in vane to get a power valve set up and i was just looking for advise as to if i plated and welded the ports where the power valve should be would it harm the engine. The bike runs fine and has plenty of power but i was wondering if i did the above it would give me even more power.

Thanks in advance

Chris :bang:

power valve

I had the same thing happen to me. Took my cylinder off and found one of the drum valves missing. Bike ran well before I repaced it. Now the lower end torque has improved but it seems a little harder to start when cold. Hey Murcusgunby witch big bore kit? Would also like to know if a 2001 cylinder will bolt on to my 1994 kx250.
