are any of you familiar with the show "mythbusters" on discovery channel? its a pretty cool show. It woule be neat to see them bust some mx myths!

I dont know, what made me think of it was in the other thread where they were talking about the silencer caps or whatever they are. and how if you kickstart your bike with it on it can go flying out. and someone was wondering how many fps it could go and if it could hurt some one etc. and i was like i bet those mythbuster guys could figure it out

look, on a normal basis i tend to test my own "myths" for my bike.
like- " hmmmmm can i make it up that mountain?"

however can a rider, after jumping, nose dive and have enough force and momentum to land back on both wheels?

I actually do really like the show and if you have suggestions for a Myth you can submit them

With Ryan Villipoto turning faster lap times on his 250F then the 450F at the De-nations how about the myth that the 250 2 stroke is truly beyond recovery for outdoor motocross. Its been my understanding that the 250F would be handicapped against a 250 2 stroke?????????? I guess we will see at the next Loretta Lynnes or the next episode of Myth Busters
