NEW crank / crank bearings / seals / everything on the top end is new / anyone have any tips procedures,, any good advice on breaking these things in good. I dont want another tear down for atleast a year.
Don't know what type of bike you have but I'd give it a easy warm up maybe 10 minutes, pull it in and do a quick nut and bolt check then just ride it normally. The pros get brand new bikes and then race them. You should be fine provided you torqued everything down to the specifications. Have fun.
