need advice on shipping a motorcycle

I have to ship a bike across the county. I used Forward Air Freight to do this once before and it cost $120 for a 280 pound crate... They have now raised their rates to $400 +!!!

Can anyone reccomend a carrier that will transport it cheap? I can crate it and deliver it to the trucking company and pick it up at the other side (so to speak)... Please let me know at PTrolan@aol.com ..

Try Yellow Freight, they did my KTM for $150 from Mo to NC
