Need help identifying bike trails near stemmons freeway

Was out today and saw at least 30 dirt bikes in this area near stemmons freeway.

If anybody knows of these trails, whats the best way to gain access. Certainly not from stemmons freeway.

That might be the area called Shady Grove. Haven't been there but Thump and others have.

There was a TCCRA race this weekend there on Trinity River.
