You have the wrong pipe. Try a PC or fmf kg 30. RB carb and Boyesen Power 607 reeds. ALL of Sages suggestions are good, send him you stuff and he will make it faster for sure. If you choose to not do the carb then try the CEL needle in clip #3.

Need more top end? Sell the 220 and buy a 200! You won't get top end from a 220 due to port timing. That bike wasn't built for top end. At best, get a KG-30.

If you are on a buget get the reeds bore the carb to 36mm and rejet.
Reeds $30
Bore $50 at local machine shop
I know you will like it.

Bon190, I have a question for you. I know you want more top end, but how did the kg-35 make your bike run? I just ordered one for my 220. Did it loose any top end? I'm just planning on having my carb done(36mm) to get the top end.

Sage,
"port, mill head, rb carb mod, nutec fuel................... "
Quite the expense to rev like a 200. If bon190 was aware of the differences between the 200 and the 220, he'd bought himself a 200 for more mid and top end. And spend alot less money.
