Need to setup suspension PLS!

Hey.

This is my first time on your site and I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I sent you one message before but I'm not sure if I did it correctly.

I'm looking for advice on how to setup my stock '96 cr250 suspension. Do you need special tools or what? I can laser cut the tools if necessary.

The suspension seems a bit soft. On the rear shock you can adjust the coil itself and the canister am I right? And the forks? Obviously the bike must be balanced.

Could you help me out please?

Another thing is I'm not sure where to check my mail but I'm sure I'll find your reply!
