New bike break in ???

I just bought a 05 KDX200
What is the right break in procedure?

The manual states to ride for about 30 minutes moderare with no hard acceleration.
Then it talks about draining the fluid and removing the cylinder head, cylinder and piston to inspected the parts?

This sounds to crazy to me ....

Great info links

So should I rebuild the top end?

Dealer said not to, just rider easy for the first 5 hours.

It sounds like heating up the motor and then cooling it off is key in the break in process.
