new bike for my bro

hi guys i need a bit of help with a new bike for my little bro. he wants to start racing but first he needs a new bike.he has been riding since he was 5 on a old honda z50 now he is 10 and riding a 70cc pit bike he is about 5 ft maybe a tiny bit smaller and 45kg what would the best bike be for him??? he wants a yamaha or honda he was thinking about the good old yz80 (well he not gettin 1 a old 1 prob about year 2000 or newer) or the cr80. what is the best one ??

Find a cheap used 60/65 till he can touch on an 80/85.
