i would prefer a 4 stroke but will consider 2

KTM, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda everything except suziki

2,000 but im want to buy it used

just coming off of KX80 and would like to upgrade to a bigger bike

pick your favorite color, and probably start on a 125. Two grand will get you a pretty decent late model 125. When you are confident in your maintenance abilities, then look into a 250F.

Too many people jump to the 250F and complain about how they are expensive to own, mostly because they don't perform normal maintenance and just run them until they blow up real good. You can run the bejeebers out of a 125, seize it up, then let it cool off and start all over again :|
