New Fork Springs

Well I went and did it now. I don't know how the MRS. is gonna be when the credit card bill comes :eek: , But I just ordered a set of .39 fork springs from Fredette, for both mine and the sons KDX's. I also ordered a 5.2 Race Tech rear spring, and one piece top clamp for my bike :yeehaw:
Anyhow, Can someone give me the low down in laymans terms for the finer points of setting race sag on the rear? I have heard there are differences between mx and xcountry setups?

P.S. Once she gets over this bill I will see how the Fredette cylinder rebuild goes over... :worship: Yes dear I would love to wax your car....
