Hi all, Im new to the site, but not new to the scene. Its been a while since I had had a bike. I started riding on a xr200 at age 14, and then got my next bike at 18, a 74 KX400, now I have a 79 yz125 that is probably the cleanest vintage in this area. I prefer the vintage bikes over the newer ones just because of the history, and well, vintage is just a lot more interesting in my honest opinion.

I guess I'm more into the automotive scene, weather it be foreign or domestics, I have worked on them all. I install autoglass professionally, and also repair interior water leaks. My grand father owns the business, and I assist him when I am not attending college for Sedonday Education.

Thanks for having me.

Chris

Welcome to the site

Be sure and go to your User CP and update information relating to your location, type of riding, etc.

Check out the Damn Yankee Dirt Riders forum for some folks in your area.

Rich beat me to your other thread. As he said, bike must be listed in the For Sale forum and you have to be a paying member of the site to list a bike. It keeps the one post wonders down. You will find that this is a great site, full of tons of folks with information dating back to the stone age of motorcycling. I have two old bikes in my garage that I hope to get to as soon as I can find time and space. Your bike sounds great, sign up and post it. I'm betting you will not have any trouble moving it.

Again, welcome to the site and shout if you have any questions!

okey dokey...sorry about that, I wasn't aware that I had to pay to post in the FS section, I was wondering what the deal was. I wasnt sure if it had to do with post count, or what.

Thanks,
Chris

To join just go into your "User CP", then go to the bottom left item titled "DRN Subscriptions". Fourteen Dollars a year is a bargain when you compare it to the cost of ONE ad in your local newspaper or Cycle Trader.

Thanks for asking! We hope you find the information here valuable enough to want to join.
