new ktm 85 does it exist

the guy at ktm supercross.com told me that it's a 2004 model. So it's true.

I read somewhere that it would be out in January '03.

Heard the same thing as Ricky. There will be a limited, very limited number available in '03. Expected in dealer's hands late January, February. Then full production numbers for '04 release this time next year.

"85 SX motor no HP rating but head KTM engineer says it has more HP than any other 80/85 from any other manufacturer at this time. 03 sx 85 does not have any parts from the 65, powervalve engine, replacable cylinder head insert, hydraulic clutch like the big bikes not an add on like the 65 and the frame has 43 mm wp usd forks and a WP PDS rear shock (it looks more like a down sized 03 sx 125 than a upsized 65) "

I was just told this weekend by the local KTM dealer theyd been told a few would be available next summer here in Europe....You guys normally get them a lot sooner :|
