New top end sensitive?

Ive been breaking in my 97yz125 lately and have noticed it seems to load up really quickly. Before the top end it would but not too much, i had to sit for a while w/ the engine off or really be putting around to notice it. Could the engine still have excess gas and oil mix from the heat cycles and putting around while breaking it in? I havent taken it past 1/2 throttle yet. I have a leaner pilot jet, this loading up is at lower throttle positions so should i do the pilot before i try the needle or vice versa? Also ive ridden it for an hour at very least(more like an hour and a half), under 1/2 throttle and i did 3 heat cycles. Would you say this motor is good to go?

Yes, the motor is good to go! I usually just do three 10 minute sessions, let the bike cool down between each session, and then go riding. As for the loading up, if this is happening while you are putting around then that is to be expected, report back if it does it when you really get on the gas.
