Hey guys,

Cool forum! Looks like a lot of expertise here. I recently bought a 97 kx 125 after not riding for 20 years. Awesome to still grin like a teenager when a ride.

Anyways, I have noticed that after every ride there is a lot of oil residue on the chrome part of the forks. I want to do my own work on the bike so am looking for some resources to help me out (manual, website, etc).

I have surfed around a lot but have not found any really good tech sites to walk me through the procedure. Any help would be appreciated.

A manual would be a good place to start, you can find one at www.buykawasaki.com or on ebay.

I just changed my seals and put in new springs on my KDX. I don't know about your forks but on mine it was easy, but I had to buy a couple of spendy tools to do the job.
