Hey how you guys doing. I just started dirtbike riding and this is my first time posting. I'm getting pretty good at riding. My first day I wasn't the best rider. Now I'm pretty good though.
So whoever just tell me how this works. Just to mention i'm only 10 so no big words. :blah:

I am new here too!
It says you ride a Yamaha AT1? I have never heard of an AT1, is it a new bike or an older bike?
I ride a Honda CR125
I am 15 and just getting into dirtbiking myself. I wanted to ride when I was your age but I lived in the city and could not get out to ride. Now we live in the country and I can ride everyday.

Yamaha AT1

Well my main bike is a little chinese bike. My AT1 isn't built yet. :bang:

So right now i'm just starting to do tricks like wheelies. But my chinese bike is a 100cc bike. It's a 4 speed.

Right now i'm racing my dad he is a good rider. But i think that riding is a great sport. Oh and my bike is in the middle of old and new. :nod:

Be sure and go to your User CP and update information relating to your location, type of riding, etc. After that grab a spot on the couch and tell us a bit about yourself. How long you have been riding, what kind of riding you prefer, where you are located, etc. We will do our best to hook you up with some fellow dirt bike enthusiasts.

Get your dad to join up as well. We have members scattered most everywhere.

I perfer riding in the woods and i'm located at Ojai in California. I've been riding for about 3 yers including quads. :)

Hey Dirt Rival,

I'm sorry man for not getting back to you sooner. I was out of town with my parents visiting my Grandparents.
So, have you been riding this week? I haven't been able to ride at all this week. I actually fell off the last time I was out and hurt my knee. I was really stupid and wasn't wearing my leg protectors and thrashed myself good. My dad was giving me heck because he always tells me to put all my gear on.
Dude, you gotta tell me more about an AT1! I did a search on the internet and it looks like it may be a vintage enduro bike? Is that what it is cause it looks really cool.

Hey little man! My first bike was a '73 Yamaha "DT1" 100cc Enduro. I think the AT1 was the earlier version, like maybe a 1970 or 1971 model. I remember back then that the cool thing about my '73 was that it had an "up-pipe" exhaust. Even some of the full-race motocross bikes in '73 had "downpipe" exhaust. Wow, little man, you really stirred up some old memories. Have fun and be safe!
