Could be a broken valve, could be a broken ring, could be a hole in the piston, could be someone stole your cylinder, could be quite a few things.. you will need to tear it down to find out.

:laugh: Like Indy said, could be quite a few things. First place to start would be checking your valve adjustment. Most likely tight valves or a burnt valve. Start at the top and work your way down.
