No geezers know about wheezers?

The top end of my IT400 is now at the shop for boring, piston, etc.. I'm going to go out and tear down the carb and throw the parts in a gallon of cleaning juice after I finish the beer I just opened.

Did anyone read my earlier post about the wheezing I've had with the worn top end? It's been kind of deep toned, and right as the bike died out with the kill button, or as the revolutions ran downb after a kick that didn't fire it up. It sounded like it was coming back through the intake, carb and airbox.

Any thoughts on it?

I'm hoping it was just one of the wasted top end symptoms. My last IT400, before it through the rod through almost everything, had enough compression to kick back and bruise my foot even in my boots. This one kicked easy, and wheezed. I kind of felt sorry for it.
