Good ground?
Did you replace the stator?
Your output from the stator to cdi should be at least 60v AC, if it is not, then your stator needs rewinding If you have good power then check that trigger is working, using a multimeter on the lowest voltage scale connect to 2 wires from exciter when you kick the bike over the needle should flicker, if not it is faulty, If its ok then get your cdi and coil tested, these should be done under load, in other words on a tester not with ohm meter as some people do and get incorrect readings,apart from that there is only the plug cap and the plug.
