Northern MI

I'm a weekend warrior from metro-detroit lookin for some new places to ride this summer. I see there's alot of people in this forum who go up north......any advice on some cool trails and places to camp(fire and beer). I have a cabin near fletchers floodwater(beaver lake) but have no knowledge of any close trails.

Join the CCC

If you join the CCC you will get a book of trail maps and thier locations all over the state of MI. Its a worthwile cause as the CCC maintains most of the trail in MI.

A friend of mine joined the CCC to get the maps and boy did he get them. The postage to the Minneapolis area was 5 bucks. It looks more like a city phone book then a map book. This map book covers the lower and upper area of MI. He is a satisfied customer and I think that I will join up soon too.
