unscrew both ends. It's a little easier than tieing your shoes. :)

He might mean the whole thing, even the part thats on the front hub. I would check out buykawasaki.com and look at the specs.

But not as easy as velcro shoes.

I broke my odometer this summer during a trip to Colorado. The cable is out of the odometer, I just wansn't sure how to get it off/out of the other end.

Mine requires you to take out the phillips headed screw in the odo drive unit (on the front wheel) just below where the cable goes in and the cable will pull straight out.

Take out the little phillips screw where it goes into the gear by your hub and pull the cable out of it.
