Oil leak

I picked up a 01 yz250 this week and took it out for the first time today. It leaked alot of oil out of the hose at the bottom and got all over my bike. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

possibly too much oil in the trans??

If the oil is coming from a crack or break in the case get some JB weld and you'll be fine.

If your talking about the hose on the left side of the cylinder, then that is normal.
It is the breather tube for the power valve and spooges a lot.

ya its the hose by the cylinder, it just looked like alot was coming out so i got worried.
