Oil leaks after hibernation!

My 1990 KDX 200 has not moved for about a year and I just got it all ready for the first ride this season, and found oil with maybe some gas in it spilling out when I removed the ignition cover. Also I lost all of the dampning in the rear shock. I replaced the main bearings and seals about two years ago.

Is this because of lack of use or will they seal up fine after I get the bike running.
Has anybody had this happen to them I don't want to split the cases again. Thanks.

Trans oil (Mobil 1 5w-50) will seep from countershaft seal on mine when not ridden over winter. So far seal starts sealing after first ride or 2. I'd sure give it a couple of rides with the hope it will self heal before I ripped it apart.
Good luck.

I had the same thing happen on my 93'.Cleaned out the ignition with WD40 and it hasn't leaked a drop all summer.
