Picked up my new ride last night, thanks for your help everyone...

Well, I picked it up last night. Washed it today, could use another washing still. It is a 1998 Suzuki RMX 250. I really could not find a better deal. No where could I find a 250 - 2 stroke in this good of condition for 1000 bucks. I looked for about two weeks. Now I'm sure that I now have it I'll see deals everywhere but I am very happy with it. Runs real strong. The guy before me loves to work on bikes, had 7, now has 6 dirt bikes for him, his son, and his wife. Has a nice shop to do all the work. I also got a 5 gallon tank to go with it and a box of asst. parts. Check it out.

Nice looking bike - especially for the price. I had a '91 RMX250 ten years ago, but mine was a clapped out, hammered POS. I bought it from a guy who raced it for two years and performed ALL his own maintenance. Not a big deal, but it was his first bike. Every bolt & nut on it was rounded off or the wrong size/grade.

It had a truly stylish purple cowprint seat cover, too.
