I am 16 years old and have been riding dirt bikes for about seven years. A couple months ago I bought a 1999 KDX200. I've got a little tired of the power and want to change my pipe and silencer. I was thinking a FMF rev pipe and silencer. Do you have to rejet the carberator if this mod. is installed?

Actually, if you ask jeff fredette, the reccomended jetting for a KDX is the same no matter what pipe you have installed. But chances are your bike isn't jetted very well to begin with, re-jetting with the old pipe would probably make a decent amount of difference, and you wouldn't have to pay the $200-300 for a new pipe and silencer..
