Places to ride in Southeast Michigan???

What are some relatively close areas to ride in southeast michigan. I know of the mounds near flint. Any other woods, trail riding nearby thats worth driving to? I know there are tons of trails up north but I don't like driving that far every other weekend.

Gladwin off M-61 is the closest real riding probably.
