Please Help 1994 Cr125r!

Hi guy's,I'm new here.Hows everybody doing?
I have a 1994 CR125R that I just bought from ****.
The bike has new gaskets throughout the engine,
and was very clean for a 94.So I bought it.This
bike has a pretty high idle from a cold start that
finally comes down only if I ride it to warm it up.
Overall the bike run's 80% cold 65% when hot,and
requires 3 or 4 kick's on hot engine,that's not right.
I can easily kick the bike over with my hand,and I
don't know if that is right or not.Also I noticed some
oil coming from what look's like the base cylinder ga
sket.The bike has a slight bog in 1st or 2nd gear then
when I hit 5th wide open throttle it has a very bad
bog that I can't get rid of until I downshift.Can some-
one please help get me on the right track so I can really
see what this bike has got.I know it's a lot faster than
it is right now.All replies are greatly appreciated,thank you!

I have the same bike, and actually, I can not kick the bike over with my hand however.
As for the bogging, I don't have the problem. I've just started riding, so hopefully someone with knowledge answer your questions.

you like it.I haven't really gotten a chance
to really explore on the bike yet,but I will.

Yeah my bike's pretty fast for a 125, but it's bored out to 133, so it's not actually a 125. I kinda like it, it's kinda old for my liking, i'm saving up right now for a 01-04 4 stroke. As for the top end rebuild, I wouldn't know, as I just began riding in May of 06.
