96 rm250 no spark....heres what i've done:
cdi was cracked so i replaced, there was no coil so i replaced, no spark.
opened all the loom and checked wires, repaired one break............ :bang: still no spark.
checked pickup coil for ohms or resistance, good, got bad reading from stator, replaced....still no spark

thats everything i can think of, does anyone have any suggestions.

an easy way to test up to coil, maybe easy ground im missing? its grounded to the stator plate, and the giagram sais thats it. no frame ground...

thanks in advance

Maybe your magneto is bad? Id check it out before replacing it though, as the part itself is quite pricey.

Make sure the kill switch is not shorted out. Often overlooked, but commonly a problem, esp. on an older bike.
