PM problems

Okie I'm having problems w/my PM box. It says its full even though when I try to empty it, it says its empty......help please :whiner:

Go to ... Show Messages From:
change to... the beginning
clean, ...rinse, repeat.

:) Thanks Dave, I selected the "from the begining" option and it showed nothing. I cleaned out the sent items box which was the only one I could find that had anything in it. So maybe now it'll work?......I hope.....

Yep, sent items count against the total too.

The problem will reoccur unless you regularily clean out the sent items. Better option whenever you send a PM uncheck the bottom 2 boxes :
