I just sent my cylinder off to Eric Gorr to get replated with a bigger bore. He offers a porting job included in the pricing. He offers more low/mid, more mid/top, or broader powerband.

I mostly ride sand dunes and trail riding, and was wondering which option you guys think i should pick?

if it matters, it's a 2003 CR250. I put on the paper to have a broader powerband, but thought i should ask for some1 elses opinion.

Thanks

oops i meant to say is plating included in the package, cause its like $200 just curious
hahaha, i wish it only cost $200. for my bike it cost $500 for

Cleaning and disassembly
Iinspection and measurement
Over-boring
Porting
Replating
Diamond honing
Head mods
Powervalve service
Piston and gasket kits

so really it's a good deal, cuz a replate is $200-250, then a piston w/ gaskets is around $180, then porting usually goes for $200. and like i wrote above, it comes w/ all the adjustments to the head and powervalve to make the big bore work.
