All 2-strokes are about the same. Uncover the airbox. Put on a more open / porous air filter. If there is a baffle in the exhaust, removing it would probably help although make it louder. A different pipe and silencer. Better reed valves. Larger carb. only if you want more top end power, but you'll lose a bit of bottom end. Gear down - smaller front sprocket or larger rear sprocket will make it snappier but reduce top speed a bit.
