i would define it as the range of power, i.e. degree of effective propulsion throughout the rpm range......or when the bike kicks you in the seat of your pants

It's not a physical part. It is a characteristic of the horsepower curve.

the power band is not a product, it is a term
the power band is the rpm range where a motor makes 75% of its power.

Click on Motospeak above, and all of your questions will be answered.

If you didn't click here it is "Powerband - The area of RPM range where a engine produces the most power."

If you have ever ridden, then you know when you are in it.

it is not something you can explain. It is something you have to experience.

Depending on the bike, it's that point where the bike wants to rip right out from under you!

If you are new, and you twist the sh!t out of it, the point right before you are laying on your a$$ on the dirt is when the you hit the powerband.

CAN I GET ONE IN BLUE ???

If you own a KTM you can :)

Actually KTM's come with different powervalve parts that have different colors depending on when/how they open the powervalve.

Ahh, so, following your rule of converting the a's to e's, that would make your name really.....
