I need some heavier fork springs now. What is a good price and where can I find them?
I have a 2000 200 and I Put on a FMF Torque and TC2, Boysen reeds, Airbox mod and a 50T Stainless sprocket. I also run Pro-Tapers with harder bushings along with a Moose skid plate. I am 175lb on a good day and I ride hard every week. I think I am going to just replace the springs for now and later I might get a gold valve kit if the benefit would be that great. I would really love a Scotts stabilizer and probably will get that before the Gold valve though. Decisions decisions...

I think I paid 65.00 for mine from Fredette. Had them in 4 days. Go with the 21lbs springs.

Well I advocate cutting the springs down for free. See thread on ‘stiffening springs’ from last weekish. With the money you save it makes those goldvalves more affordable.

I just got my 21# springs from Jeff today and I paid $59.99 for them. As far as I can tell by only riding the bike down the street there is a great difference, even when not on the bike. Much firmer and better rebound - I would consider this a must do if you are a hard rider.
