Well I just did my best top end rebuild ever. It went so good I hesitated putting it back together and covering up my work! :yeehaw:
My sons 98 RM125 has had a lot of use and probably 20 top-end rebuilds. The cylinder measured at spec but needed honing which I completed no sweat with a nice 45 degree cross hatch. (it was purdy)
Anyway one thing that was nice about this rebuild was my new parts washer. Man this made a differance!
My quesdtion is : what is the best break-in procedure to use on a new two stroke top end?
