Proper Size for Billy

Hi Billy it's nice to have this forum, here are my measurements: (circumference)

Left and Right are basically the same

Mid knee - 14.75"
6" above knee - 18.25"
6" below knee - 14"

I'm 24, 5' 9" tall, 146 lb
a quick response would be appreciated
