PW80 gearing?

I got my 7yr. old son a 2006 PW80 and was looking for a 45T sprocket. I made him a small track and he never gets out of first. All the sites I found w/pw80 sprockets are for older models (early 80's to 92). Can I use one of those? If anyone has a late model and changed the gearing which one did you use and where did you get it?

Most of the PW80 parts are interchangeable.

I haven't seen a part that's not interchangeable. :cool:

Drop a tooth on the front it works great because a rev limiter kicks in - in first gear really hard. So he can get into 2nd quicker. The price is only about $9.95-$12.00
